my most favorite eve. oh, but how i wish we were having more of that crisp fall weather that snuck up on us a few weeks ago. i really wanted to dress up, too. there’s is nothing better than whipping up your own costume. though this year, keeping things a bit low key. it’s the first weekend levi and i don’t have any obligations or set plans, so we’re gonna just sit back and let the weekend take us. and levi picked us up a bold city growler filled to the rim with some fresh killer whale cream ale, so there’s that!! however, our “free-to-do-whatever-we-want” weekend has me making up a mental to-do list:

1. beaches farmer’s market
2. target for some mega-marked down halloween goods & sweets
3. kitty grub for jake + elwood
4. wedding gift shopping for mr. & mrs. craig
5. goodwill hunting. the rummage & score kind.. not the movie kind.
6. send out a couple emails
7. plan baking recipes for next week’s 1st fridays in 5 points
8. watch practical magic for the 1,056,784,956,348th time
9. remember daylight’s savings

….so on and so forth. you get the idea.

so in the spirit of tonight’s festivities, i think i might whip up a batch of blood orange magheritas (that is, if the cream ale runs out!)
